[ it's fine, she's not responding to any of her bruises or scrapes right now. she's just completely absorbed with hugging saya, rubbing her arm softly, petting her hair. ]
It isn't fair... I knew someone would kill one of us... [ the phoenixes ] but they should have left your group alone this week. You all have been through enough shit. You didn't need to lose another... not him... not any of you.
[ she likes the snakes so much, she just holds her carefully. ]
We'll figure it out, Saya. We're going to find out who did it. To Reigen. To Sigrun. I'm not letting anyone drag our attention away from both of those cases.
[ quietly ] We're going to get justice for him. I'll help you no matter what.
[carefully, she buries her face in her shoulder. blinking away her tears.]
