nico will have to look for A While if he wants to check in on her, but eventually, he will find her. somewhere. she's curled up with her knees pulled up to her chest, staring at the ground with the dead eyed stare of someone who is all out of tears. but she lifts her gaze when he stumbles into her little hidey hole, quietly sniffling. hi.]

[he doesn't stop looking until he comes across her, and when he does he doesn't speak. instead he looks at her, quietly observing. his hood is up and his hands are in his pockets so she can't see much of his expression or his hands, but eventually he crouches to sit in front of her. ]

...I'm sorry. We'll figure it out. [ his voice is a little hoarse, but he figures no matter how awful he feels saya must be feeling even worse. ]

Why delay it if someone was just gonna do it anyway? Whisper should have never been killed, and this should never have happened.

He shouldn't have been punished for doing what he had to do to survive. Whisper shouldn't have died for it. If this is all because of Hans, then why him? Yeah. If it was because of Hans, why not come after one of us that blatantly lied about everything? [ not that he wants that either, but. ] His excuse was flimsy, and none of it justified the way things were done. We have to figure out a way to stop this chain or it's just going to keep being revenge kill after revenge kill.

Considering the fact that there are a lot of us who have been...[ ...well. he doesn't finish the sentence. ] Taking out someone well-liked is always a quick way to make a lot of enemies.

Sigrun's death doesn't surprise me, as much as I would like it to. But it's another case of people should have thought more closely before we start acting on that note. And now we all are likely going to use it as an excuse for a long chain.

This was a mistake on their part.

Not dying in their sleep last night was a mistake, too.

... We'll figure it out. And then we're going to make sure anyone else who plans to act on that note knows just how badly it's going to end for them, okay?

Fair enough. Neither outcome is good. [ losing both reigen and sigrun is a weird sensation. ]

But you're right. Let's just...get through tomorrow, figure it out, and then make it clear to everyone that they have to be more thoughtful before making sudden moves. We're not making any more mistakes.
