Not a lot. It sounds like they don't know much more than we do.

That was the impression I got, too. But they haven't been here that long either from the sounds of it. And they have homes of their own. So were they pulled here just like we were, but way earlier?

That's what they said. It's been a few months for them... supposedly.

Not really... They wouldn't even show us their faces or tell us their real names, but they know ours.

The database unfortunately makes it easier for them to obtain information about us. And I get that superheroes have to hide their identities, but if we're all on the same side, technically, you would think they'd be more willing to show themselves. It's a weird place to be where we can't distrust them too much in case what they've said is true, but it's hard to fully trust them without knowing their full intentions.

The database is a problem, too. It's really suspicious that all their information is redacted or vague, isn't it? I don't get what's the point of it if we're going to be teammates.

Their whole ranking system against each other is pretty confusing. [ all of the bigger thans and younger thans and he's like "this is too much calculating." ] I heard the penguins--Prinnies--were the ones who created our profiles but I don't know if they were responsible for the leaders', too.

[squelching]

We could ask, but that doesn't guarantee us a straight answer.

Who do you think the prinnies are working for? They're not... [hmmm.] They called themselves prinny suits.

...prinny suits? As in they're not actually supposed to look like that? [ HUH? ]

I tried to take a closer look at one, before the other prinnies came looking for it. They felt like they were made out of... hm... synthetic material? Under all the dirt from the reconstruction.

[the mods specifically described it as a fursuit minus the sweat. help me.]

Why would they need a disguise if all they're doing is rebuilding the city? How does that make any sense? [ :nyeh: ] Maybe we're both misunderstanding what that really means. Or...they're just born that way. Some aquatic life can feel sort of rubbery when you think about it.

It didn't feel rubbery. [she seems sure of this for whatever reason, but it's fine.] I don't think they were born, actually. If they're someone's creation, then the suits are just part of their design.

Like maybe robots instead? [ that's definitely a thought. ] I guess we'll have to get a closer look if it's that important. But maybe it's not.
