Mm. That's an interesting crossover - wind magic isn't necessarily uncommon, but the bite of that creature is its worst trait, more so than its ice. Many creatures utilize a similar spell. I'm no scholar, of course, but I've fought them enough.

Ah, that's its name. Andrius, Lupus Boreas - one of the old gods of Mondstadt, now one of the Four Winds that protects our land. I suppose that's how he got his wind magic as a blessing from the Anemo Archon.
